Wine offerings - Tradition meets innovation

We cultivate 6,9 hectares of vineyards just a few kilometres out of the city of Zurich. This makes us one of the biggest winemakers of the area. In ten different vineyards, all very close to the lake, 12 different grape varieties are grown. In autumn they are vinificated with great care and passion.

A large selection (25 in all) of wines are produced every year. Herman Schwarzenbach (also known as "Stikel") is famous for his outstanding white- wine „Räuschling", his honest Müller- Thurgau (called Riesling x Sylvaner) as well as his different Red Burgundy like Pinot Noire variations. But of course, our many types of wine are also appeciated by our catering and private customers. On appointment cellar visits and tastings are always possible and deliver an interesting insight to the exciting world of wine.
